“Can life coaching work for me?”
There are many “tests” and checks that can be applied to you, to find out if life coaching can be beneficial for you. You have already passed stage one of my 5 tests, by finding this website! Can you answer “Yes” to the following questions?

Will you take responsibility for your own actions and thoughts?
Are you willing to recognise your own shortcomings?
Are you prepared to change?
If you can, then life coaching can certainly help you!
“How does it work?”
At the start of the course, you will receive a number of specially designed forms, which will help define the areas of concern. Your initial consultation will start to review these results and, together with your coach, you will begin to build a strategy for the future, and design an approach to combat, overcome and to develop the areas of opportunity. For the coaching to be beneficial, the minimum commitment is for a three-month course, consisting of either fortnightly or monthly sessions
At the end of each session you will be set a number of tasks or goals to achieve prior to the next coaching session. These tasks are an important element of the whole package. These are designed to assist you, to complete your own “Strategy for Success”
